Howard arrived within two days of my initial contact, After assessing the damage on the roof, he went into the attic and correctly diagnosed the water leak problem, which was a plumbing issue, not connected to the roof damage. He offered to repair both, at a very reasonable price. He came back the following day and did a great job of repairing the roof, and re-connecting the pipe in the attic as well.
My wife and I are very pleased with the job, and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

When our roof needed to be replaced we chose Mascon for the work. They were extremely professional and Quick! They amazed me by finishing the job in ONE DAY! I don’t know anything about roofing but based on other things I have had fixed around my house I was expecting it to take a while and for us to be stepping around the crew and supplies for a while. What a wonderful and unexpected surprise to have it done in one day. The crew was very professional and very courteous. They really made sure to be as neat as possible so we had no problems getting in and out of the house all day. We had lots of activities going on that day so we were in and out a lot. By the end of the day the house looked wonderful. They kept the mess to a minimum and when they left you could not tell they had been there. The roof is beautiful! We have had no problems. The owner of Mascon even made sure we were happy with the work and knew we could contact him in the future with any questions.
Overall, Mascon did a Great Job, it was quick, professional, and very good quality.

Everyone at Mascon, from the original phone contact to end of the job, was polite and helpful. Workers were on time and were very courteous. They even provided extra shingles in an additional area, which had a couple of mismatched shingles from a previous repair.

Roof blew off 2-27-13. Called Farm Bureau. Insurance adjuster and MASCON, INC was here in an hour. Insurance and roofers worked together.
